Professional architectural models – directly in your office
Stop wasting valuable time on manual model building or long lead times from external suppliers. MEER 3D Technologies integrates high-performance 3D printing systems directly into your planning process.
Benefit from our partnership with leading hardware manufacturers and receive a turnkey solution, including comprehensive training
and technical support.
Don't wait for external service providers
The competition is often decided on the last night. Don't make anycompromiseson quality: manual construction consumes valuable employee hours and external delivery times block the process.
The solution
Produce volumes, complex facade details, and environmental models directly in your ownin-house model workshop– while you continue to draw. We take care of making the technology work.
Scalable solutions for every scale
We analyze your needs and implement the appropriate setup.
Concept & Dimensions
Fast iterations for mass studies and design variants. Speed is the focus. Ideal for the early phase.
Structure & Detail
Complex geometries and soluble support structures for flawless surfaces without scars. Perfect for competition models.
Urban Planning & Terrain
Large format prints in one piece. Maximum area for situational models and areas, without the need for gluing.
Technology and Materiality
We do not rely on DIY devices, but on proven FDM technology that works "Plug & Play." Our hardware is designed to produce reliably day and night.
Precision
Our setups achieve layer heights that accurately represent fine facade structures, reveals, and window divisions at a scale of 1:200 or 1:500. The level of detail meets the highest standards for competition submissions.
Sustainability
We primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid), a biodegradable plastic based on corn starch. It is non-toxic, odorless, and therefore ideal for use in enclosed office spaces – completely without complex exhaust systems.
Tactility & Finish
The models can be easily sanded, primed, and painted if a specific finish is desired for presentation. However, the pure white, matte surface straight from the printer is usually already perfect for the abstract architectural language.
Cost-effectiveness and Amortization
Why manual labor has become too expensive
Traditional model making is craftsmanship. However, with today's hourly rates for qualified architects, manually cutting cardboard and Styrodur is hardly economically feasible.
Cost Factor Time
While the printer works autonomously overnight, your team generates billable hours or continues working on the design.
Risk Minimization
Errors in the model are detected early, not just shortly before submission. A reprint only costs material, not an entire weekend of manual labor.
Transparent Fixed Costs
Instead of fluctuating invoices from external service providers, our service packages offer you full cost certainty. The hardware often pays for itself within the first year of operation with regular use.
Our service plans: Maximum reliability for your production
Choose the right maintenance package to guarantee your operational safety, minimize downtime, and benefit from predictable costs.

More than just hardware
Academy & onboarding
We won't leave you alone. Your team will learn in our workshops the path from CAD file to finished print. Material knowledge and slicing included.
Farm support & backup
Deadline at risk? If your capacity is insufficient or the machine is occupied, we will print your peak loads on our farm. As a contract customer, you have priority.
Frequently asked questions about in-house production
No. We rely on modern industrial standards designed for operation in office environments. The noise emission is minimal and comparable to a conventional plotter. Additionally, the enclosures are closed, which filters odors and further reduces noise.
You continue to work as usual. Our solutions are compatible with all common CAD programs such as ArchiCAD, Vectorworks, Revit, Rhino, or SketchUp. The export is done as a standard .STL file. As part of the onboarding process, we will show you the most efficient export path for your specific software environment.
Yes, often starting from the third competition model per year. In addition to the pure printing costs, you mainly save valuable waiting time. Internal iterations only cost you material worth a few francs, while external changes are fully charged each time and take days.
It depends on the complexity and size. A typical environmental model (M 1:500) often prints overnight. You start the print in the evening and retrieve the finished model the next morning. Thanks to our training, you will learn how to "slice" models in a way that minimizes printing time.
Yes. All common CAD programs can export your plans as standardized.STL or .OBJ filesThese formats are easily processed by our 3D printers. As part of our onboarding, we will show you the most efficient way to export from your specific software environment so that your models are printed to scale and in detail.
